Rooms
The guestrooms are located in either the 1649 homestead or in the 1795 Carriage House. Each room features its own personality with fine Georgian Mahogany furnishings, rich tapestries, antique artwork, polished wood floors warmed by oriental rugs, and overstuffed lounge chairs and sofas. The rooms feature the original millworks and exposed beams and have in-room fire sprinklers and warning systems. Many rooms have a fireplace and cable TV and all include complimentary high-speed Internet access, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, clock radios, and ice buckets.

Driving directions from Manchester Airport: Exit the airport and turn right on Brown Ave. Turn right to take I-293 South/RT-101 East. Take the I-93 North/RT-101 East exit towards Portsmouth. I-93 North becomes RT-101 East. Continue on I-125 North to the Lee traffic circle and take a right going east on Route 4. Proceed approximately 5 miles to the Durham/Rte 108 Exit. At the bottom of the ramp, take a right onto Rte 108 South/Newmarket Road. At the fork in the road, continue on Rte 108 South by turning left. The hotel will on the left.
